Due to the current mobile phone signal outage across parts of North Somerset, you may not be receiving our calls.

To help remedy this, please enable Wi-Fi calling on your mobile device. Help can be found at the below links:

After completing the above steps, please ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi when you are expecting a call from us. 

We will also attempt to call you through a landline telephone number, if you have one on your medical record.
