The following opportunity has arisen at Tower House Medical Centre, Nailsea, North Somerset:

 

Finance Assistant

Hourly Rate £9.18 per hour.  32 to 37.5hrs per week over 5 days

To assist with the day to day financial duties and the ability to work as part of a team

Applicants must have access to transport as travel between other sites essential

 Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to meet deadlines and timescales whilst remaining calm under pressure, adaptability and computer literate with the knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and /or other accounting software packages and Excel desirable.

Part time Secretaries

Tyntesfield Medical Group is seeking to appoint two part time secretaries to be based at Tower House Medical Centre, each to work 20 – 24hrs per week over 4 days.

 

Excellent communication skills, audio and copy typing skills, adaptability and a good level of IT knowledge are essential for the above position.  Experience of NHS referral systems, medical terminology and previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector would be an advantage.
